STUDENT ORIENTATION AT DBC, PANJIM.

Don Bosco College Panjim conducted an orientation session for the first year students at the outset of the new academic year on 17th June 2017 at Bicentennial Hall on the premises. The session began with Alisha Dias, the staff secretary welcoming the Audience. The Principal Cedric Silveira briefed the students about the achievements of the college over the years and wished them well. The Manager Rev. Fr. Wilfred Fernandes reminded the students that they were in college for a particular purpose and their parents must see that purpose realized within the next three years and also said that in addition to academics, extracurricular activities play an important role in the integral formation of the student. The course coordinators later went on to introduce their respective courses and the faculty members of the department. The session concluded with a presentation on Don Bosco College and its roots.
